(0-­3 years) Supports Associates, Vice Presidents and Senior Investment Bankers in performing due diligence with a multitude of transactions offered by their investment bank. Prepares information memorandums, financial models, management presentations and marketing material to facilitate deal execution.

(3-­6+ years) Supports Vice Presidents and Senior Investment Bankers throughout the transaction stage. Usually constructs financial models, develops management presentations, pitch books, and other presentation materials. Conducts and leads due diligence for various transactions.

Creates proactive and proprietary research for institutional clients by leveraging their industry-­insider position, along with managing the firm’s data bank and trade network.
Private Equity -­ Analyst
(0-­3 years) Conducts due diligence on fund investments and coinvestment opportunities including industry and company research. Performs in-­depth valuation analysis of private equity portfolios and private companies. Assists in the preparation of due diligence materials, screening and investment committee memos.

(5+ years) Manages parts of a deal including negotiations and execution, as well as assists with managing the portfolio company once the deal is completed.
